Job Information

Southwest Guidance Center is seeking a fulltime Financial Manager to administer all agency finances in accordance with non-profit industry standards and related laws.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to generate and interpret necessary data and accurately complete accounting tasks using related  accounting software and agency EMR.  Should be  proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10-key.   Must be able to work   independently and as a part of the management team.  Specific duties include  Payroll, Accounts Payable,  development of annual budget in collaboration with Executive Director, coordination of annual  audits, preparation of  financial reports, submission of quarterly state contract reports, management of all grant related funding,  and other job duties as assigned.  Requirements: B.S. Degree in Accounting or at least three to five years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.    Non-profit experience is preferred but not required.
