Job Objectives:

Champions collaboration with community partners to align and improve access to behavioral health services as well as to guide the growth of the community crisis center.  Achieves this by organizing, developing and convening stakeholder groups and facilitating productive community discussions with the end goal of assisting in the redesign of the local system of care to better support those individuals needing and seeking behavioral health and crisis services in Sedgwick County.  Special attention is paid to complex, high utilizers of services and community resources, with a whole health focus.  Desired outcome is a well-coordinated community approach to working with persons with mental illness and co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.   Also responsible for developing key performance indicators and demonstrating positive impact
