This key position will provide clinical and administrative leadership to the therapists in the CSS Therapy Clinic and Center City/Homeless Program, each related to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and co-existing conditions, some of whom will be homeless; conduct evaluations and individual therapy for a small caseload as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
· Clinical supervision and administrative oversight of therapists in the CSS Therapy Clinic and Center City/Homeless Program (including individual clinical supervision to staff monitor service activity,
· Documentation, staff assignments, and caseloads);
· Identify, design and conduct staff education and training;
· Participate in program design and development; prepare and conduct employee performance evaluations;
· Participate in utilization review and quality management activities;
· Facilitate staff meetings; and participate in a multidisciplinary treatment team approach;
· Serve as a member of the CSS Management Team.
· Arrange or conduct psychological testing and evaluation for CSS clients as needed;
· Provide psychotherapy to a small caseload as needed.
Job Standards:
Applicants should possess a Doctorate or PhD in Psychology, with the ability to be licensed (LP). Preference will be given to individuals with clinical and supervisory experience in clinical settings, who possess strong organizational skills. Other experience that will be helpful includes: experience in working in the community setting with adults with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders (mental illness and chemical addictions, borderline personality disorder, and sexual trauma).
